SHIPPING POLICY
Fulfillment Time
All in-stock canvases will ship within 2-5 business days of purchase. Pre-Ordered canvas timelines are available in each item description.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is a flat $6 rate for all domestic, non-wholesale orders. Expedited shipping is available for a higher fee. Orders over $175 ship free to the continental US.
Carrier
Delivery is facilitated by USPS. Wholesale orders will be shipped via UPS.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages
Rose’s Needlepoint Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once scanned by the carrier. Please file a claim with the carrier on the odd chance you have not received your canvas within 2 business weeks of the shipping notification. Reach out at rosesneedlepoint@outlook.com with any concerns you may have about your order.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the handmade nature of the items we sell, Rose’s Needlepoint Shop does not accept returns or exchanges of any kind. Once a package is scanned by the carrier, Rose’s is not liable for any damage that may come to the package. I take pride in packaging your order and will only consider detrimental situations.

SALES TAX
Rose’s Needlepoint Shop is registered as a “Retail Merchant” in the state of Indiana and is required to collect a 7% sales tax on all orders shipped to an Indiana address. Sales tax will not be collected on orders shipped outside of Indiana.
